Cristina Machado is an ordinary Lake Forest High School student with an extraordinary passion for the environment. She is very involved in multiple clubs, including Student to Student, Big to Little, TEDx and Enviro Club. She is also an avid member of the Cross Country team and plays on the lacrosse team. Throughout her high school experience, she has learned the importance of speaking up for what she believes in and plans to do just that in her TEDx talk this Spring. Butter 7 Tbsp melted butter
Sugar 4 Tbsp (OPTIONAL- Jiffy is already sweet)
1 and 1/4 cups buttermilk
3 eggs
2 boxes jiffy

Honey butter glaze: honey & butter

Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes depending on your oven. Insert a toothpick in the middle at the 40 minute mark and it’s done if it comes out clean!
